Baked Better was founded by us: 2 friends who share a passion for baking. We are committed to making organic, high-quality, and delicious baked goods accessible to everyone who wants to bake; actually everyone who enjoys great home-made food. We’ve started a company that we love, and hope we’ll help you make home-baked foods a part of your daily life.
We started Baked Better because baking is fun and eating healthy is smart. Simply put, we both just wanted a way to share our baking expertise and our love for high-quality baked goods with others. One day, we decided that it was time to stop dreaming, and time to start baking. We aproned up, got our ingredients out, and began the journey that has now become Baked Better.
Our years of baking homemade bread for ourselves and our neighbors in New York, of playing around with family recipes, and of experimenting with new and interesting ingredients helped us select 3 of our most delicious custom organic bread mixes for our launch. Since our goal is to make baking accessible to all, we have simplified the process of making organic, healthy and delicious artisan breads. They’re all preservative-free, sugar-free and non-GMO. Just add water. Yes, it’s that simple. We’ve taken what we’ve learned and have created products that allow old-fashioned baking to fit into our busy, modern lifestyles. Old-world Europe meets today’s New York.
